Wind & Sea Construction offers general contractor construction services for our architectural clients. We have built most of the homes we design since 1997. We take on no more than two projects at a time, to be able to give them the special attention a finely built home requires.
We have dedicated crews of carpenters led by a lead master carpenter who coordinates the work at the site. We also utilize the finest cabinet and millwork craftsmen to construct our kitchen cabinetry, custom doors, built-in cabinets and trim.
The other trades like heating and air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical, tile & stone installers, etc. have had a long relationship with Wind & Sea.
